Research On Emergency Information Quality Evaluation System Under Big Data Environment

As the application of big data continues to deepen,the environment for emergency information becomes complicated.Big data,with its multi-channels of data sources,the diversification of data types,and the massive characteristics of data volume,enable it to accurately grasp the characteristics of public affairs,the essence and the causes of problems,in the governance of public affairs,sudden Event monitoring,source tracing,and evolutionary predictions all highlight powerful capabilities.However,emergency information noise,information distortion,inefficient use of information,and complex data diversity pose a threat to the quality of emergency information.When we benefit from the convenience brought by big data,we are also plagued by the low quality of emergency information.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out quality management of emergency information.Emergency information quality assessment is a key part of emergency information quality management.Based on the theory and practice of existing research,this paper analyzes the characteristics of emergency information in the big data environment,the challenge of emergency information quality,and the demand for high-quality emergency information in emergency management practice,and compares and analyzes similar evaluation indicators and evaluations at home and abroad.There are deficiencies in the method.From different angles,the assessment of emergency information quality in big data environment is defined.From the three dimensions of information content quality dimension,information description quality dimension and information constraint dimension,the emergency information quality assessment system under big data environment is designed and constructed.And use the cloud model to conduct case evaluation research on the domestic emergency information in the EPS database and the EM-DAT emergency database.It is concluded that the quality of emergency information in EPS database is better than that in EM-DAT emergency database.The quality of emergency information is better and better,biased better,and in the dimension of 8 emergency information quality indicators.The comparative analysis of the emergency information in the two databases shows that the EPS database is higher than the EM-DAT database in terms of accuracy,timeliness,applicability,interpretability,availability and effectiveness,and consistency and The EM-DAT database is more connected than the EPS database.Among the individual emergency information,the quality of emergency information such as earthquakes,traffic accidents and storms with high harm is good,while the quality of agricultural pests and diseases and forest fire emergency information is relatively poor and needs to be improved.And the evaluation results are compared with the actual situation,and the evaluation results are more consistent with the actual situation.
