With the rapid development of the Internet industry,large-scale e-commerce have built comparatively mature ecosystems,and the e-commerce industry is gradually tending to scale.This trend has brought sustained and rapid growth to e-commerce transactions.Meanwhile,the total amount and types of data are also growing.Under such a big background,how to output value from scattered data and provide high-return marketing strategy for users has become an urgent problem to be solved now.The e-commerce data analysis and management system originates from the actual project of the advertising quality department of the author's internship company,which system provides the advertisers of the e-commerce platform with data support of marketing strategy,business data analysis function,AI-based data analysis function and data management function.The system integrates multi-channel data within the company and provides a variety of machine learning algorithms.Users can analyze data by creating models.The analysis results will help users to formulate corresponding marketing strategies,so that advertisements can be promoted for different groups of people.First of all,this article briefly describes the background and significance of the project.Through the understanding and in-depth investigation of the background in the field of Internet e-commerce,it was found that the data analysis and management system applied to advertisers' decision support had great room for expansion.Furthermore,this paper analyses the related technologies used in the project and the general technical solutions used in the production environment,including Hadoop(distributed data storage),Spark(large-scale data processing),Redis(data cache),Kubernetes(container management),Azkaban(task scheduling)and so on.In the process of system requirement analysis,this paper divides the E-commerce data analysis and management system into data analysis and operation management.The data analysis mainly includes the bottom data handling,data preparation stage,data analysis and management stage and data application stage.According to different stages,the author makes a detailed software requirements analysis of the system.In the process of system implementation,I participated in the design and development of several modules.The modules I am mainly responsible for include data preprocessing module,data service module,brand insight module,crowd package management module,model management module and operation management module.In addition,I have conducted detailed testing of the system,including performance testing and functional testing to ensure that the system can operate normally.At present,the system has been put into use after comprehensive tests,which runs stably during the use of the system and can achieves the expected effect,provides effective data analysis for advertisers.Through the training and evaluation of the model,users can formulate marketing strategies suitable for different consumers and make targeted marketing plans.The overall function of the system achieves the desired effect.
