In order to really improve the mobile phone sales, to reduce the cost of sales, mobile phone sales manager need to analyze the type of mobile phone brand, the object to the market, the size of the market, the market risk and purchasing behavior, and formulate corresponding sales strategy, pricing strategy and promotion strategy. On the basis of analyzing large number of data, applying information technology, intelligent computing technology, and combining with expert knowledge with the decision support system, we can get effective decision support solutions.In the paper analyzed mobile phone sales management and the decision support system, study the key techniques and implementation approaches of the mobile phone sales of DSS, including data mining, data warehouse technology and, knowledge model and so on. Combining with the characteristics of application, the paper deeply analyzes the logical structure and physical structure of data warehouse, and study the system structure of data warehouse application system, which including four layers, such as the data source layer, management data warehouse, OLAP service layer and data processing tools layer, and discusses the technology of on-line analytical processing, data mining method and the concrete implementation ways. The key technology of exploration to this topic laid solid technical foundation for the decision support system development.The paper analyze the mobile phone sales business based on the research the sales requirement of phone using DFD and use case diagram, and forward the functional of the DSS for phone sales, such as sales decision-making management, purchase order management, procurement in warehouse management, analysis, purchase management, sales order, modify the sales order, the new voucher, new return single, modify, accounts, production, production delivery order, generate outbound order, receiving single management, scrap management, outbound for examination and approval of examination and approval, warehousing, and other functions use cases. For business to business object modeling. The paper forward the system preliminary business entities based on the analysis of the phone sales business, such as warehouse, commodity information, suppliers and personnel, and design the system database. According to the architecture of DSS, the paper put forward the software architecture based on the software architecture of DSS, such as human-computer interaction subsystem, database subsystem and model subsystem.In order to achieve the sales management to improve decision support, this paper designed the model system. We deeply study the exponential smoothing method, neural network method, time series intelligent algorithms such as linear regression method. We design a mobile phone sales forecast model using monadic linear regression method based on collecting a certain company for two consecutive years of sales data. Experiments show that sales forecast and sales enterprise actual deviation is very small. The paper design the pricing model based on BP neural network model, historical sales data analysis, sample training. The experiments show that the calculate price of the pricing model based on BP network model is very close to the actual sales price.The paper designed and implemented system function based on the requirement, so as login module, enterprise information management module, product purchasing and supply management module, product sales management module, inventory management and decision support module. The function of each module are independent of each other, and constitute a unified whole. Compared with other sales management software system, this system has some characters, such as complete structure, fully functional, good interactivity, simple operation and so on.
