Design And Implementation Of Warehouse Management System

Warehouse management system is designed to improve the systematization,standardization and automation of warehouse.Due to the development of computer technology,some warehouses have begun to manage warehouses by system instead of manual.However,due to some objective reasons,the popularity of using warehouse management system instead of manual in warehouse is not high.After investigation,the warehouse that cooperates with our company takes up a large proportion of the warehouse managed manually at present.The warehouse management system designed in this paper is developed by Java and used a series of Spring technologies.The system is divided into micro services according to business,to improve the flexibility and scalability.Through the analysis of business characteristics and user characteristics,the author divided the system to four subsystems,and independently designed and implemented the following four subsystems:Basic management subsystem mainly manages the basic data,including warehouse,cargo owner,commodity,storage,picking area and other information management,and provides the configuration of various operating rules.Order management subsystem mainly provides the management function of order data including inbound and outbound orders and providing the import function of orders and query of combination conditions.Inventory management subsystem provides users with data related to commodity inventory management,including calculating the real-time inventory quantity,calculating the purchase,sale and inventory quantity,and can query in multi-dimension.Monitoring subsystem is designed to monitor the operation of warehouse.Users can set various monitoring indicators to monitor and warn the operation of warehouse.System verification results show that the warehouse management system meets the user's functional requirements.At present,the system has been put into use in the warehouse cooperated by the company.Feedback information shows that the warehouse management system is in good condition,easy to understand,comprehensive functional data.
