Design And Implementation Of A Digital TV Payment System

With the further promotion of broadcasting and television digital services,how to grasp the opportunity of rapid development of the broadcasting and television industry and accelerate the information construction will be a vital test.Therefore,in order to meet the requirement of triple play and information construction,this paper focuses on digital TV payment platform,aiming to design an information terminal system that enable the digital TV HD interactive set-top box with payment function.Finally,such system can also achieve one-step service of querying and paying for public utilities bill.This paper firstly investigates the development of TV payment business of broadcasting and television and the requirements of digital TV users.Secondly,the related technology of TV payment system is studied theoretically,and then the digital TV payment system is designed and implemented according to the analysis of system requirements and principles.Such digital TV payment system standardizes the security system according to the PKI system standard defined in the X.509 and uses the J2EE architecture,Oracle technology as the database,BES or Weblogic which meets the SOA system as application servers in the middle tier and web as the user interface.Its major functions are as follows:(1)support different channels of disbursement(such as citizen cards,bank cards,etc.);(2)support paying for different types of service(such as digital TV,water,electricity,coal,information,etc.);(3)security administration and control;(4)financial risk control.The test shows that the designed payment system can effectively implement above functions.
