The Research On The Influence Of The University Library Infomationcontrol On The Relationship Quality

There is a very large demand for the use of university users in University Library,it is an important part of colleges and universities,and it also is its core existence significance to provide a wealth of information resources services for academic research and teaching in schools.The quality of library relations is a good relationship between the library and users,reduce the uncertainty of users,so that users of the library's products and services are highly recognized and able to produce dependencies.In these years,the impact of service quality on relationship quality has been explored in many industries.Conclusion It is concluded that the former has a positive and significant effect on the latter.Information resources and their services,as a major dimension of library service quality,are bound to have an impact on the quality of library relations,but this research literature is rare.The article includes three aspects:Firstly,this paper refers to the "information control" in the Lib QUAL+ TM Index system,and then combines the research results and their service and relationship quality,constructs the influence model of the information resources and their services on the relationship quality of the university library,makes the hypothesis,and generates the corresponding index system containing 30 indexes.Secondly,based on the relevant theoretical basis,combined with the above construction of the relationship Quality index system and the mature University library information resources and Service Evaluation Index System design This research questionnaire,through the questionnaire star to the National University Library users as the research object to investigate,a total of 302 effective questionnaires,first use of correlation analysis,Explorative factor analysis,reliability analysis,validity Analysis Purification index,and then make descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis,testing models and assumptions with SPSS 20.0,to draw conclusions.Finally,through the actual investigation and data analysis,the paper obtains the concrete influence of each index of university library information resources and its service on the relationship quality,and the results show that: the information resources of University library and its service 3 dimensions(information resources,personnel serviceand self-service)have different degree of positive influence on the relationship quality of university library.The influence of self-service dimension is greater than that of information resources and personnel service,which shows that the library should focus on self-service and improve the relationship level between library and users in its future work.This paper puts forward effective management suggestions According to the analysis results to improve of the relationship between the university library and the users,promotes the continuous improvement of the service level of the library,increases the utilization rate,and gives valuable theoretical guidance for improving the relationship quality of the library.The limitations of this paper are discussed,and the future research direction on this basis influenced library service quality on the relationship quality by the use of quadrant analysis method.According to the analysis results,it proposed targeted improvement suggestions for improving the relationship between the university library and users.
