Machine vision theory has become a hot topic in scientific researchwith the development of machine bionics.Binocular stereo vision,as the core research target of machine vision,is also widely used in various fields of science and technology,including unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)automatic tracking and industrial measurement.Traditional binocular vision measurement system is based on ideal model.When the application environment is non-rigid binocular vision system,it will bring great error to measurement.In this paper,studying the shipboard binocular vision system.When the carrier deck received waves caused by impact of binocular vision system when there is a position,Angle difference between the two cameras for binocular stereo vision system error analysis and experimental verification,analysis of rigid connection of binocular vision system may skew,for different,the corresponding mathematical model is given,and the amount of deflection quantity of the principles of the mathematical model for the experiment error analysis.It can be obtained that the dimension error is between 100 mm and 250 mm when the deflection Angle changes,and 0.5~2.5mm when the structural variable(B/z)caused by the camera position changes.The principle of the calibration process is studied and analyzed in the camera calibration process.The errors caused by different types of calibration processes are analyzed when the calibration matrix is obtained.Stereo matching is always the most complex and difficult part of binocular vision system.This paper will start with the basic theoretical knowledge of stereo matching and study the comparison of various algorithms in stereo matching technology to achieve efficient and accurate stereo matching effect.The error of stereo matching algorithm is analyzed from the experimental results.The stereo matching error is analyzed.Eventually get the depth information,not rigid connection model cases,the error of the measured depth information and the ideal model of information error,this paper compares and analyzes the measured depth under ideal state average error rate is 0.2%,the rigid connection case with 5% average error rate is given in this paper,we study the methods to set up in a rigid connection binocular vision system,and carries on the corresponding analysis for error,error provides theoretical basis for shipboard binocular vision system.
