Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)is one of the most popular and dynamic 3D printing technologies at present.As people's demands of the creativity and aesthetics of 3D printing models continue to increase,FDM printers nowadays which can only print monochrome models are far from meeting people's demands.Therefore,it is of great significance to research the FDM real-time mixed color outputting filament system.Firstly,aiming at the problem that the current FDM type printer can only print monochrome models,the mixed color outputting filament components and the corresponding mixed color printer are designed.PID algorithm is used to control the temperature of three-feed extrusion head and hot bed of the mixed color printer.The uniform interface file(GMI)which combines geometric information and material information can be imported into the mixed color printer to complete real-time mixed color printing.Then,the MFC application development platform provided by Visual C++ is used to write a program to simulate the color change of red and blue fused PLA mixed in different proportions.The images of different gradual effects from red to blue are obtained by writing an algorithm to design the gradual law and changing the color subdivision amount,thus achieving the prediction of the color change of two color fused PLA mixed in different proportions.The simulation results are verified by the printing experiment of gradient from red to blue according to the simulated gradual law and color subdivision amount,and the color subdivision amount of the printed cuboid front surface meeting the requirement of uniform gradient change from red to blue is 16,thus achieving the quantitative evaluation of the gradual effects of two colors.In addition,the multi-color printing experiment is carried out to achieve multi-color printing.Finally,Fluent simulation and experiment are used to simulate and verify the mixed effect of the inner flow passage of the three-feed extrusion head.The results show that the inner flow passage of the current structure can't make the fused PLA of different colors uniformly mix as a whole.After the structural optimization of the inner flow passage,the mixed effect is simulated.The results show that the inner flow passage after structural optimization design can achieve the uniform mixing of the fused PLA of different colors.
