It can help local government manage and control enterprises by modern mothed, like collection, storage and assembly of various enterprises’ data. The supervision from government to enterprises is beneficial to promote transformation of enterprises’ production, integrate internal and external resources of enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and improve business efficiency and benefit,according to the government policies, so as to promote economic growth, social progress, cultural development, ecological equilibriumand and so on.This paper is based on enterprises’ data in the industrial park supervised by local government. The local government master all the daily data and index of enterprises in industrial park, by recording the basic information of enterprises, the production cost,the daily yield and output value and other data in the computer, and make different reports by calculating formulas implanted in computer. The information is reliable to policy makers and business managers to make development plan to promote an all-round development of enterprises in industrial park and local area.The industrial park data processing and analysis system designed by the author in this paper, is programmed by C# and My SQL, so that the system has many function such as establishing enterprises’ information database, data entry, data import, data export and data audit. Meanwhile, it also can provide intelligent data analysis form for government regulators and business operators. By these multiple statements, the administrative department can master industrial enterprise production and operation situation in all-around, and formulate scientific and rational decisions.For the local government with large-scale industrial enterprise zones, a complete set of industrial park data management system can help the local government record and manage operational indicators of enterprises and monitor economic and social overall development in local area dynamically. It is helpful for policy makers to plan as a whole in the future. Informationization management has great significance to optimize the office work, improve enterprise healthy operation, promote regional comprehensive development, so it is worthy of popularization and application.
