In the new media era,technology empowerment gives audiences more opportunities and platforms to participate in media production,and new cultural forms and cultural phenomena are derived.Fan-participatory behavior and participatory culture are one of them.Paying attention to such behaviors and phenomena and exploring its internal logic are important topics that cannot be avoided in the development of new media theory and practice.As an open network social service emerging in the Web2.0 era,Weibo is an important way for the audience to participate in media production.The most representative Sina Weibo in China is to gather a large number of fans to actively participate in production with its community-based fan social platform.This article is based on the phenomenon of"Kongping"(control comment)and"Lunbo"(Multiple forward)produced by Sina Weibo as the main platform.It is guided by the theory of fan culture and audience theory,and integrates the knowledge of journalism,communication,and sociology,Using literature analysis,ethnography for the internet,content analysis,questionnaire survey,individual research,exploring the interaction between people,media and society in this phenomenon,understanding the development of fan culture under the new media technology through the deep background and reasons of this phenomenon;and proposing norms and governance countermeasures through the analysis of the impact of the phenomenon.Through content analysis,it is concluded that the fans Kongping and Lunbo are more inclined to the business microblogs that are important to the development of the star career;the texts of the Kongping and Lunbo are characterized by shallowness and repetitiveness;The users of the popular forward and comment has a convergence;the comment release time is closer to the star's release of Weibo,and the easier it is to occupy the popular comment..Through questionnaires and individual surveys,it is known that the group of fans participating in the behaviors is mainly composed of female college students aged 18 to 25 years old.Their frequency of use of microblogs and idolatry are higher,but they show lower recognition of Kongping and Lunbo.Kongping and Lunbo are the products of participatory culture.There are also political,economic and technical support behind it.In response to the negative impacts of these behaviors on individuals,platforms and society,the author finally proposed to strengthen the guidance of fans in the new media era,build a healthy media ecology in Weibo,establish the normative concept of employment in the entertainment industry,and guided by the core socialist values.
