With the deepening research on non-visual biological effects of light,the light environment has been closely linked to human health.Based on the research of nonvisual biological effects and illuminance detection of light as well as meeting the requirement of previous visual illumination detection,a visual and non-visual illuminometer was designed and developed to increase the function of non-visual illuminance detection,which can be used for the visual evaluation of the non-visual light content of the light environment directly,that is,analyzing the health of the light environment.The software and hardware design of visual and non-visual illuminometer,the design of Bluetooth serial port Apps and the detection and analysis of illuminometer were studied in this paper.(1)The hardware design of illuminometer: The hardware design scheme was adopted in this paper,which used the microchip 8-bit microprocessor PIC16F1787 as the core unit,including human-computer interaction module composed of color display and keyboard,Bluetooth module,chip data storage module and light intensity detection module.The LXD44 MQ silicon photocell was used as the photoelectric converter,and the design scheme of QB21*LB9*LB16*LXD44MQ and QB21*LB9*LB16*QB5*LXD44MQ were adopted in the visual detector and nonvisual detector respectively.In this paper,the AD823 AR operational amplifier was selected to design 6 groups of weak signal preamplifier circuits,and the range conversion was realized by 3-way visual and 3-way non-visual sampling circuits,which can ensure the authenticity of the signals to the maximum extent.(2)The software design of illuminometer: With the help of MPLAB X IDE integrated development platform,the ADC sampling,Bluetooth communication,LCD display module unit driver design were completed via C language and assembly language and through the modular programming method.(3)The design of Bluetooth serial port App:Based on the Android studio development platform,a Bluetooth serial port App was designd by using Java programming language.The main contents included Bluetooth device connection,data reception and display,data storage and UI design.(4)The detection and analysis of illuminometer: A calibration method using the Candlelight as reference was proposesd in the paper,the conclusion made by analyzing the detection effect of visual and non-visual illuminometer was that the visual detection error of the illuminometer was no more than ±5%,the shift error was no more than ±5%,and the error of the non-visual proportion was no more than ±10%,this function can be used to detect the non-visual content of the light source.
