With the continuous advancement of the state's new health care reform,medicine reform as an important component of the “Three-Medical Linkage” reform,its circulation has received high attention from the industry.The new health care reform proposes a series of measures,such as the "two invoice system","zero price policy",and " medicine proportion",which regulate the order of medicine circulation,strengthen the supervision of drug administration,at the same time also force the market to ascend the concentration and to improve the efficiency of medicine circulation.In the circulation of medicine,the distribution is crucial,which greatly affects the logistics costs,delivery time,operation efficiency of drugstores,and so on.Therefore,it is a hot issue for corporate managers and academic researchers to rational schedule medicine vehicles.Aimed at this practical problem,this paper constructs the “Multi-Warehouse Linkage” distribution model and vehicle scheduling model of medicine distribution companies,and the clustering analysis and genetic algorithm to solve the model,and researches have certain reference significance for medicine distribution companies to solve the VSP.The main contents of the article are as follows:First of all,reading national policies about medicine circulation field,researching in the field of pharmaceutical circulation market present situation,sorting and analyzing a large number of relevant literature,summarizing " Multi-Warehouse Linkage " distribution mode and the current research status of VSP for subsequent research.Secondly,this paper introduces the related concepts of medical logistics and VSP,expatiates the classic vehicle scheduling model and the related theories of expanding the VSP.Then,this paper designs the double-layer distribution mode of "Multi-Warehouse Linkage" of pharmaceutical logistics,combined the VSP in the region with the inventory problem of logistics center,and realize the innovation of " Multi-Warehouse Linkage " mode.Analysis of drug distribution characteristics and its related cost,clear drug distribution vehicle scheduling problem of the objective function and constraint conditions,and then build split vehicle scheduling model of medicine distribution.After that,the cluster analysis is used to divide the customer groups and transform the multi-depot of the front distribution center to the customers into the single-depot problem.Genetic algorithm is designed to solve the VSP of regional logistics center forward front distribution center and the client areas,which meet the customer time window,allows customers' order to split,and the lowest logistics costs double vehicle scheduling scheme.Finally,on the basis of Solomon classic example,designed the customer time window of the vehicle scheduling example,solving the " Multi-Warehouse Linkage " mode of vehicle scheduling schemes,and compared with traditional distribution mode of the scheme,and then verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.In this paper,designing the " Multi-Warehouse Linkage " distribution model can provide reference for medical logistics enterprises solve the problem of distribution,constructing the vehicle scheduling model and algorithm in optimization of VSP has certain practical value.
