In recent years,e-commerce platforms have developed rapidly,and the increasing size of merchants and the increasing number of products have provided users with more choices,but at the same time,they have added more cognitive burdens to users.Each platform has its own standards for the description of commodity knowledge.A large number of commodity attributes that do not reflect the user's cognitive needs are presented to the user as metadata descriptions,and the merchants form product knowledge content based on their own understanding,and the quality of display of commodity knowledge is uneven.On the one hand,because it does not highlight the focus of commodity attributes that users generally pay attention to,it reduces the efficiency of users' online shopping decisions.On the other hand,due to the independence of editing commodity knowledge,the operating costs of the e-commerce industry have increased significantly.Therefore,based on the user's common concern about product-related information,combined with different levels of user needs,the product attributes and evaluations are used to express the user's cognitive framework,and to reconstruct the metadata system of the product.On this basis,based on the user's cognitive framework,the multi-source commodity knowledge is integrated to eliminate contradictions and redundant knowledge,and provide efficient knowledge services for users' online shopping decisions.This paper firstly reviews the research status of knowledge information demand,commodity information metadata and commodity knowledge fusion in online shopping decision-making at home and abroad,and introduces the theoretical basis of this paper.It mainly includes theories of user cognition,knowledge representation and knowledge fusion.Then explore the influencing factors,components,and analysis methods of the user's cognitive framework in the face of online shopping decisions;On this basis,knowledge fusion processing of commodity knowledge based on user cognitive framework,including user cognitive framework knowledge representation of frame representation,multi-source commodity knowledge information collection and preprocessing semantic mapping of multi-source commodity metadata system and user cognitive framework,and conflict and complementary commodity knowledge fusion.Finally,digital camera is taken as an example to empirically analyze the commodity knowledge fusion model based on user cognitive framework.Based on the research of commodity knowledge fusion model of user cognitive framework,this paper can establish the metadata standard specification of e-commerce platform commodity,and construct user cognitive framework for users' common cognition and cognitive needs to satisfy users' different cognition.Demand,and provide users with unified and correct product knowledge,update the individual cognitive framework,and promote the user's purchase decision-making behavior.
