In recent years,in the process of the explosive development of China's Internet finance,many companies have not kept up with the development speed in order to obtain more benefits in the post-lending market,regardless of market rules,and the relevant national policies and varnous preventive measures.This has led to a chaotic market environment after the loan,with the total value of non-performing assets reaching hundreds of millions of dollars,and the non-performing rate of the traditional banking industry is also increasing year by year.Therefore,a feature-rich,high-performance smart loan system is needed to efficiently handle these non-performing assets.The software-based SaaS(Software as a Service)system based on the rules engine can meet the needs of the current post-lending market.The system mainly includes several major functional modules such as entrusted management service,collection management service,short message service,quality inspection service,intelligent robot service and rule engine service.The entrusted management service is the data entry of the entire system,and after loan data is imported into the system through the interface with the bank or the Internet finance company.The collection management service completes the entire process of after loan collection operations by calling other services,including voice outbound calls,increased collection records,and statistical collections.The short message service mainly completes the operation related to the short message and performs unified processing on the short message data.The quality inspection service is mainly used to check the compliance of the collection operation.First,the voice file data from the collection management service is received,and then the voice is converted into text and matched with the quality inspection model,and finally the quality inspection result is displayed.The intelligent robot service realizes the automatic collection process by means of the technical method of artificial intelligence.The rule engine service mainly realizes the separation of business decisions and program code,which can greatly reduce the development tasks of the business system,and at the same time make the business system more flexible and easy to use.The author acted as the back-end technical leader in the R&D process of the project,and independently completed the construction of the project infrastructure,database analysis and detailed design,detailed design and implementation of the main functions of the entrusted management service,and detailed design of the SMS service.The detailed design and implementation of the realization and quality inspection service,and the detailed design and implementation of the intelligent robot service.At the same time,it participated in and completed the detailed design and implementation of the function of the main body of the collection management service and the detailed design and implementation of the main function of the rule engine service.The back end of the project is uniformly developed by JAVA language.In the whole project development process,the architecture design and coding implementation are always adhered to with high performance standards.Finally,the Spring Cloud microservices framework is selected and various core components are integrated to complete the project.The construction,research and development and deployment of the entire system platform will ultimately provide high-quality data for upstream pre-lending and lending services.At present,the project has been successfully launched,and has successfully served more than a dozen Internet finance companies and commercial banks.The accumulated business data has reached several billion,and the average work efficiency of each company has increased by 20%.The rate of return of low-age cases has increased.10%,the violation rate is reduced by 25%,and a large number of data services are provided for related fields.
