Design And Implementation Of Sales Management System Based On Decision Tree And ARIMA

As a cultural media company owned by H Group,S company has a large amount of advertising resources.In order to use these resources better,reduce product vacancy rate,improve sales efficiency,fully integrate customers and product resources,and improve the income of the company,Skyline decides to develop a sales management system by itself.It reduces the cost of the company,and makes system customization more flexible regarding to their business process.This system use the Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis framework to build.Except some core modules such as the management of customer,product,project,contract and finance,I focus on the implementation of the sales funnel in the actual business.And customized sales management module,sales funnel statistics,and the use of decision tree algorithm,the customer resource pool for the potential value of customers,customers could be divided into high,medium and low.To enable salesmen to better track potential customers and their sales opportunities,grasp business opportunities,promote sales progress,play its important role in the sales management system.In addition,ARIMA model is used to forecast sales volume,which has a great reference value for the company's sales situation and improves the ability of risk identification and response.And I uses Echarts to show some data charts,which is intuitive and customize.Besides,the system completes the complicated financial accounting processing,and handles the financial operations such as accounts receivable,payment,invoice,and write-off on the basis of the accrual system.At present,the system is in service,which improves the working efficiency of salesmen,effectively supports the analysis and decision-making of enterprises,optimizes the working process of enterprises and improves the response efficiency.
