| With the increasing development and large-scale popularization of computers,communication technologies.Most of companies have adopted information systems such as CRM,ERP,and OA.Although these systems may improve the efficiency of management,due to the lack of support for intelligent communication,these systems have limited in improving efficiency of communication.At present,enterprises have a number of demands for smart communications because smart communications are adopted for all enterprises.However,making intelligent management systems is too expensive.Many companies cannot afford these costs,so management systems on the market generally lack of intelligent features.Based on the above market demand,this paper studies and designs an enterprise-class intelligent communication management system based on iOS mobile terminal.The system integrates VoIP technology,reducing communication costs and sloving the needs of the company for a variety of communication means.The system adopts the RongCloud framework of instant messaging,effectively improving the efficiency of company's work.In summary,the system which has intangibly increased the efficiency of enterprise management and also enhanced the efficiency of the enterprise.This paper elaborates on the main functional modules in this system,from requirements analysis to function implementation.Especially for the two core functions of the system:the instant messaging function and the function of the VoIP telephony,these functional modules are main content.This article not only let readers understand the characteristics of the system and advantages,but also shows readers how to develop an enterprise-class intelligent communication management system on the iOS development platform. |
