The Design And Implementation Of Smart Party Building System

The rapid development of mobile Internet provides convenient conditions for the informatization of party building.In recent years,under the guidance of the "Internet + party building" policy of the CPC central committee,the construction of mobile party building platforms across the country has accelerated.In this context,zigong municipal government put forward the construction project of smart party building system.The core goal of the project is to establish the party building management information service system with mobile device APP.Aiming at the backward informatization level of the management of party construction in zigong city,this thesis designs a smart party construction system for the informatization business management of party construction in Zigong city by using mobile APP development technology and Web development technology according to the unified planning and guidance of Zigong municipal party committee.This thesis first analyzes the necessity and technical feasibility of the research and development of the smart party building system,the system is divided into mobile APP and background Web site.Then the function of mobile APP and background Web site is functional analyzed and researched.The APP end includes personal center,interactive communication,online party school,important news aggregation,branch construction and other common functions,background Web site includes system management,branch construction,organization management,annual plan summary,notification announcement management and other common functions of branch management.Finally,the smart party building system is designed and implemented in detail.The Mobile terminal APP of the system is developed in HyBrid mode.Based on HTML5,CSS3 and JQuery Mobile terminal technology,the interactive interface of the APP is established.The APP is packaged with PhoneGap and is suitable for Android and IOS Mobile platform devices.In the research and development of background Web sites,Java Web technology and SSM open source service technology are adopted to establish the persistent application model of party building business data and respond to the service requests of PC and APP terminals.The system set up a set of implementation platform of Party Building Service based on mobile APP and Web Service.The APP,PC and background Web sites of the smart party construction system are built based on the loosely coupled Web service application mode,which facilitates the subsequent function migration and upgrading.Since the launch of the system,the mobile device APP has been installed and used more than 2 million times,and more than 3 million items of party building business data have been integrated.A standardized party building business information service system has been established throughout the city.It has improved the information management level of the party building business in Zigong City.
