The advent of the era of intelligent information has raised people's living standards and made people's demand for industrial manufactured products more and more.In order to ensure the market share of manufacturing enterprise,the requirements for the efficiency,quality of product and standardization,flexibility and controllability of the workflow are also increasing.Information management software integrates enterprise business and computer technology,which not only achieves huge profits,but also reduces the operating costs of enterprises.However,at present,this kind of software is mostly developed from scratch or secondary development.Such limitations also restrict the rational use of resources in the production process,thereby extending the development cycle of the system,not conducive to the long-term development of the company.In order to break this limitation,the purpose of this thesis is to design a kind of strictly following TS16949 quality management system,applying the experience of past development,summing up the universality of manufacturing enterprise management software,using the idea of software reuse,applying the existing development results,designing and realizing an Instantiated component assembly platform to meet the development requirements of automotive parts manufacturing industry management system.Through component development,the main components of the existing management system are abstracted into independent components to form component warehouse.Then,according to the actual needs of several automotive parts manufacturing enterprises,assembleing a new system according to the corresponding rules and constraints to meet the new business requirements.At the same time,considering that an enterprise may have a variety of operating modes,it can configure multiple templates for the new system to meet the requirements of enterprise personalized diversity.After the new system is instantiated,the enterprise business process is managed by workflow model establishment,workflow state transition,workflow instantiation design and workflow engine driver,which can realize the automatic operation between the businesses;and rely on the permission management to protect the system resources and distribute the legal personnel,it make the new system complete,applicable,flexible and secure.It's not only effectively shortens the development cycle of resource management system and realizes software reuse,but also points out the direction of management software production towards automation and industrialization.This thesis first introduces the research background and necessity of the Instantiated component assembly platform.Then it analyzes the component registration?assembly and generation system of assembly platform(PLMAdmin),after it analyzes workflow and permission management of Instance Generation System(PLMView).And then research and selection of component extraction method,database technology,workflow technology and privilege access control model.Based on the requirements analysis and technical methods,the component registration,assembly and generation system of assembly platform(PLMAdmin)and the workflow and permission management of Instance Generation System(PLMView)into the detailed design,containing the total architecture design,functional design,database design,model design and process design.Finally,the key functions of the instantiated component assembly platform are logical illustrated and the results are displayed.
