Research On The Development And Implementationof The Specification For Digitization Ofphysical Records

The physical records is an important part of the archive system.From this we can understand the changes of the times,the development of the society and the brilliant achievements.With the continuous reform of the grassroots units,especially the grassroots units with high frequency of use of archives,they have begun to try to digitize the physical files while implementing the digitization of archives.As an important carrier to stimulate public cultural identity and inherit historical continuity,physical records should be given a new era connotation to rejuvenate new vitality.However,in the existing digitization of physical files,the physical files after digitization are still a tool for passively recording and reflecting historical events,and they do not have fresh vitality.This article is based on the above research background on the study of physical archives digitization,in the course of the development of "specification for the digital archives of physical basis,with all kinds of archives institutions as the main body,the theoretical system of physical archives digitization,management requirements,technical application and the implementation process,the purpose is to give physical file new times connotation,make its glow the new vitality,the concrete is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces the background and research significance of the thesis,analyzes the current research situation of the digitization of physical records at home and abroad,expounds the research framework and research methods of the thesis,and finally puts forward the innovation and shortcomings of the thesis.The second chapter defines the concepts related to physical records and digitalization in the first place,and briefly Outlines the theory of file digitalization and regenerative protection theory,laying a theoretical foundation for the research on the digitalization of physical records.The third chapter discusses the organization and management requirements of the digitization of physical records and the digital processing links by analyzing the development process and thinking of the digitization specification of physical records.The fourth chapter discusses the process of digital collection of physical files from the aspect of technology application and analyzes the relevant technical parameters and the problems that should be paid attention to in the process.The fifth chapter takes two kinds of digital collection methods as examples,conducts empirical analysis,introduces the general situation of the selected objects,analyzes the process of digital processing,and points out the problems in the process and the corresponding solutions.The sixth chapter shows the main conclusions of the paper and prospects the future research.
