Since the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China was established in March 2018,the public focused on cultural tourism once again and made museums enter people's horizons as a necessary part of cultural tourism.At the same time,the transitional period of leisure tourism and cultural tourism provides an opportunity for the cooperation between museums and tourism.In the information age,people are used to adopt online evaluations to desian their travel routes.The museum's online tourist evaluation is favored by the public for its ability to be closer to people's real feelings and meet the travel needs for them,so that passengers can design their museum tour routes in advance.As far as museums are concerned,meeting the needs of the public is one of the most important things.Museums pay attention to the visitors' online evaluation,in order to understand people's movements,perceive people's travel needs,and be closed to the real needs of the public,so that high-quality tourist routes of museum can be designed.Museum tour routes provide high-quality museum services.This paper summarizes the contents of the museum's online tourists' evaluation and discusses its influence on the planning of relevant tourist routes by museums and spectators.At the same time,it analyzes the museums in Cangzhou City and discusses the online tourism evaluation of museums.The influence and significance of the career and planning museum tourist routes provide some lessons for the small and medium-sized museums to grasp the use of museum online tourists in the process of planning their tourist routes.The main content of the thesis is divided into four parts: The first part mainly introduces the related concepts of the online tourist evaluation of themuseums,including the concept and characteristics,the subjective and objective factors to affect the evaluation content and the criteria for screening online evaluation.The second part discusses the impact of the museum's online tourist evaluation on the planning of the museum's tourist routes.By analyzing the relationship between them,it discusses the influence of the museum's online tourist evaluation on the public and the museums' planning of the museum tourist routes and the influence of different evaluation contents on the planning of museum tourist routes.The third part is to discuss the relevant tourist routes planning after the influence of the museum's online tourist evaluation on the standpoint of the museum and the public.The museum should screen different evaluations and make appropriate and reasonable choices when planning its own route.The fourth part takes the Zhangzhou Museum as a specific case,and analyzes the relevant online tourists' evaluation to explore the planning of the museum tourism route based on the existing online tourist evaluation.
