In the era of self-media,institutions and individuals are all equal speakers.Many governments,enterprises and civil organizations have begun to use social media as their tools for voicing.Weibo is one of the most popular social software,as an instant messaging tool,which has the advantages that other media can't compare with the speed and validity of the communication,and in the context of the Internet + era,weibo has become a new type of productivity services in all walks of life.For traditional museums,how to make good use of weibo not only plays a good role in publicizing itself,but also can transform its online influence into more offline traffic.By studying the use of weibo in major local museums and in-depth digging and analysis of various official weibo data,it is possible to effectively understand the current state of museum weibo operations,find out where the problems are,facilitate the management of it.This article mainly studies the influence evaluation model of the 10 powerful Museums weibo.The research process includes the following points:Firstly,through the analysis and comparison of the existing evaluation theory,based on the collected index data,the top 10 museum of weibo is calculated and ranked.Then,the ranking results of the three measurement methods are analyzed by Kendall(Kendall)rank method,and the similarities and differences between the three methods are compared and explained,and analsis the internal causes.Secondly,take the Imperial Palace museum as a research model wich has sufficient contents and enough data.The time go from 2016.12.08 to 2017.12.08,and use the above evaluation method to find the influence trend of each month in the year.By studying the attributes of weibo content in peak and low month,we guess and induce content elements(including pictures,originality,beauty words of festival)that influence fluctuation.Finally,according to some high influence V users operating experience and Museum operational status,put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the influence of the construction of the museum,hope to give some reference of the work and help them to do a good job of culture education and marketing work,also give some thinking to other organizations.
