With the development of wireless communication technology,in order to rationalize the use of resources,usually in the RF system to add a circuit,the different frequency bands of the signal for joint processing to share a set of day-fed system to save costs.The major domestic operators have also adopted a multi-system platform to build a model for the construction of mobile communication networks.With the advent of the 5G era,higher requirements have been put forward for the performance of all aspects of the circuit,so the research and design of the circuit is very necessary.Based on the substrate integrated waveguide(SIW),this paper designs a circuit that works in the WiFi band.WiFi's main operating frequency bands are 2.4GHz and 5GHz.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.the working principle and advantages of research and analysis of SIW designed arc-shaped microstrip impedance converter.By loading the complementary split ring resonator(the CSRR)and a semi-circular groove designed SIW two filters,by HFSS simulation and optimization,the influence of various parameters on the two structures filter performance,and comparative analysis of two filter SIW advantages and disadvantages.2.In order to realize the miniaturization of the circuit,two filter units are designed based on the semi-mode substrate integrated waveguide(HMSIW)theory,which is a high frequency filter based on CSRR structure and a low frequency filter based on semicircle groove structure.The common end of the circuit adopts T-type structure to connect,and the High isolation degree is realized by optimizing the filter unit spacing.The size of the circuit is 25mm*50mm.3.Finally,the performance test of the multiplexer is completed through physical test.The test results show that the combiner has the advantages of high power,miniaturization and high isolation.
