In recent years,with the continuous development of electronic manufacturing industry,the output of Printed circuit board(PCB)is also increasing.Printed circuit board(PCB)is an industrial material needed in the process of manufacturing electronic products.The quality of PCB will directly affect the function and quality of the electronic products produced.Therefore,rapid and accurate detection of the quality of PCB has become a research hotspot in the industry.On market at present,there have been a lot to defect detection based on machine vision technology to the printed circuit board products,this product is mainly composed of image acquisition card and PC,mechanical device and software system,etc,because of the image acquisition card and PC is expensive,so the cost of the product more expensive,its promotion has certain obstacles.Therefore,I designed a PCB defect detection system based on FPGA according to the technical requirements of fast detection speed,good performance and low cost based on the project of the practice base.Around the design and implementation of the system,the main content of this paper is as follows:1.Through the investigation and demand analysis of the market positioning and technical positioning of the "fpga-based PCB defect detection system" project,the overall implementation plan of the system was proposed,and the implementation plan of the main functions of the system,such as image acquisition,image preprocessing,defect detection and mechanical control,was demonstrated;2.Based on the spirit of(Xilinx)launched Vivado development platform,completed the image acquisition module,image preprocessing module,the cache module,defect detection module,HDMI driver display module of FPGA design and implementation,and performance of the software and compare the processing speed,the experimental results show that the module performance meets the requirements and processing speed significantly increased;3.Using software tools such as modelsim and ILA,the program of image acquisition,median filtering,expansion corrosion and image storage modules issimulated and verified.After the verification is passed,Vivado software is used to compile and generate the project download file,and the upper board is downloaded for verification.If there is any place that does not meet the requirements,the oscilloscope and logic analyzer and other tools are used for debugging to complete the final design.
