Design And Implementation Of Property Agent Office System Based On SaaS

During the development of the Internet,mobile applications bring a variety of convenient services for enterprises or individuals.At present,mobile applications greatly shorten the distance between time and space by abstracting traditional offline services onto the line.Enhance work or entertainment efficiency for users.In my learning process,I found that there are many mobile applications providing similar services;second,large enterprises have huge financial,material and human resources to build their own development team,but small and medium-sized enterprises are unable or cost-effective to create their own development team,but the available office systems on the market are more or less not suitable for their own business.These two problems expose the problem of duplicate development of similar products and consume a lot of social resources to do duplicate things.It is difficult to customize the system supporting business under the condition of limited financial,human and material resources.At present,few companies provide similar business office systems.Company B wants to create a real estate brokerage platform to absorb real estate data.For this reason,it is necessary to provide customized system for brokers who are unable to develop office system,which is connected to B company's real estate database.The real estate agent office system is the core of the system's business.Based on the core business,this paper analyzes the overall business needs of the system.Based on this,the functional framework,technical architecture,component architecture,database deployment framework and database tables are designed for the whole system.In this framework,the key business based on SaaS real estate agent office system was designed and implemented,and the use case design,class design and implementation of the modules such as login module,housing module,customer source module and IM module were listed.In order to provide a brokerage office system that can satisfy different real estate brokerage companies,this paper designs and implements a real estate brokerage office system based on the SaaS model.Firstly,the SaaS maturity model suitable for the system is studied and analyzed.According to the proposed maturity model,and to meet the needs of each tenant with different customized clients and all tenants sharing one database,multi-tenant RBAC-based access Control permissions,multi-tenant data storage,and componentized clients were researched and designed.And for the multi-tenancy case of read and write concurrent operations,this paper gives a solution through the study of Amoeba.In the process of designing and implementing the real estate agent's office system,the author participated in the feasibility analysis,requirements analysis,summary design,detailed design and implementation.After the successful construction of the system,it provided customized online systems for dozens of real estate brokerage companies across the country.Meet the above relevant requirements.
