Research And Practice On The Design Of Maternal And Infant Care Service System In Postpartum Care Center

The development of maternal and infant care industry has problems such as unev en industry cognition,relatively disorderly industry norms and uneven service quality.How to improve the service quality of the industry,optimize the service process and c reate a new image of the industry has become a realistic demand.From the perspective of service design,this paper investigated the current situation and evolution of maternal and infant care industry,and compared the types and service modes of maternal and infant care industry in maternity center.Based on the practice of the service system design project of Shaoxing Armonia and maternal and infant special care center,this paper summarizes the main contact points of maternal and infant care services and analyzes the problems in each contact point through the real data obtained from the survey of users(materna l and newborn).On this basis,the blueprint of maternal and infant care service of postpartum care center is redefined,and the design innovation is supported by intelligent technology,mainly creating the modular application design for client and server.The flat service process is designed to create a service system that is experiential and friendly,so as to form a perceptual and pleasant journey for users.In this way,the optimized output of the service can be realized and better life experience can be brought to mothers and babies.At the same time,improve the service efficiency and economic value of the monthly child center,promote the development of maternal and child care services industry.
