Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Communication Service Management System Based On SSI Architecture

While the techniques of computer, communication and network developing rapidly, enterprises improve their operational capabilities by establishing a platform of information, network and computer. They also achieve technical innovation, management innovation, organizational innovation and system innovation , thus enhance their core competitiveness.Enterprise Communication Services System is a subsystem of XinFang enterprise increment operation. This system uses three-layer B/S software architecture and MVC model which is based on the framework of Struts, Spring and Ibatis. In this paper, Enterprise Communication Services System has been developed. The system, which uses Tomcat server and MySQL database, has been tested and edition released. Using traditional method of email management, this system with friendly Web interface helps enterprises to manage voice and fax files. Besides, function of managing address book and classifying fax files have been developed in the system.Firstly, this paper introduces the requirements of the enterprise communication service system. According to these requirements, not only the functional modules have been designed in this paper, but also analyzable use cases models and the solution of system structure and network structure have been proposed. Secondly, using fully-fledged Webservice and database connection pool technology, the function module of voice management, fax management, classifying files and address book management have been designed and implemented. The voice management module consists of checking, downloading, deleting and batch deleting leave words. The fax management module consists of sending fax, modifying status of fax, transform fax files and resend failed fax. The classifying files module consists of managing new files and displaying detail information in folders. The address book management module consits of importing contactor, exporting contactor and checking information in the address book. Finally, the system has been tested to guarantee the practicality and perfection.
