Research On Quality Control Of Electric Changchun Mobile LTE Base Station Construction

As an important concern of engineering construction projects,quality plays an increasingly important role in today's industrial production and economic construction.In order to be more competitive in the market,countries around the world are paying more and more attention to the quality of products and the quality of corresponding services,and through various scientific means to improve quality.As an important means of quality management,quality control,whether it is scientific and efficient,will directly affect the quality of engineering construction.Therefore,by improving the quality management level of the enterprise and using the system quality control method,it is of great help to improve product quality and service quality and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.With the increasing market demand,new technologies,services and equipment covered by network information technology emerge in endlessly.The fourth generation mobile communication technology,represented by LTE wireless base station technology,is gradually becoming the backbone of mobile communication.Its commercial wireless network equipment is also in large-scale construction.The corresponding supporting services of various types of 4G network LTE base stations have been launched.However,in a large number of LTE base station construction projects,due to the limitations of time limit and cost,there are often phenomena of neglecting the quality of construction projects,such as random site selection,construction not according to drawings,non-standardized data configuration,formalization of quality control links,which lead to the completion of LTE base station construction quality is not up to standard and put into use in a hurry.It will affect the quality of communication and bring inconvenience to the future network optimization.Therefore,it is urgent to design a system of LTE base station construction quality control system to improve this phenomenon.On the basis of reading a lot of literatures,this paper makes a detailed study of the quality control theory of quality management by combining theory with demonstration,and discusses the significance of the application of quality control in the construction project of wireless base station in detail.In view of the quality problems in the past four phases of base station construction,this paper summarizes the experience,analyzes the shortcomings of management,improves the weak points of quality control,discusses the five quality factors affecting the construction quality of base station personnel,machinery and equipment,construction materials,construction methods and construction environment,and formulates Countermeasures in accordance with these factors.Pre-construction preparation phase,construction phase and project acceptance phase of the project management life cycle are used to formulate quality control schemes for the specific implementation of the project.Finally,the implementation effect of quality control is verified by Changchun Mobile LTE Phase 5 project,which provides a theoretical reference for the follow-up construction of the base station.
