China Communication Facility Service Co.,Ltd.was officially established on July 15,2014,and was officially renamed as "China Tower Co.,Ltd."(commonly referred to as China Tower)on September 11,2014.China Tower takes over the iron towers and telecom room resources of the three operators and carries out the construction and maintenance uniformly,which is conducive to reducing the repeated construction of the iron tower and the related infrastructure in the telecommunications industry,improving the investment efficiency of the industry and the co-construction and sharing level of the infrastructure,alleviating the problem of the difficult site selection of the enterprise,and further promoting resource conservation and environmental protection by mechanism.In order to meet the demands of the three operators' communication network construction,China Tower undertakes a large number of site construction each year.Facing the demands of huge stock site resources and new stations,how to carry out the site planning is the key to maximize the corporate income and improve the sharing rate of site.Firstly,on the basis of introducing the background and significance of site planning and analyzing the domestic and foreign technology developments,this paper studies the overall method of site planning.By analyzing the basic data of existing base station,the field survey data and the technical features of the macro station,the indoor distribution station and other infrastructures,using expert investigation,mathematical and logical reasoning and other methods,and using VISO,MINDJET and other tools,this paper establishes the principles of site selection,site integration,tower mast using,telecom room using,distribution system using,co-construction and sharing of site planning and the planning principle of the small base station,giving the minimum safety distance,hanging height,station spacing,deviation range,type proposal,telecom room area proposal and other specific and quantified recommended values based on the principles,and establishes the site integration process and other processes.Then,the overall site planning scheme is designed.All the iron tower resources and the types of the telecom rooms of the existing network resources are studied deeply,and the key elements are analyzed.The planning principles and procedures of the iron tower and the indoor distribution system are established,and the template of the planning scheme is designed.At the same time,the planning process is displayed through an example.Finally,this paper explores the new concept innovation of intelligent site and the IOT business application innovation of site planning and establishes a complete set of principles,methods and processes.Taking the tower of a province in northwest China as an example,this paper carries out an integrated planning showing the key points and step template of the planning,establishing a standardized system for site planning and providing new ideas for business innovation.
