Study On The Assembly And Adjustment System Of Large Antenna

Antenna is an important component of electronic device, such as radar,communication device, etc. The surface accuracy of reflection panel is the main factorto affect the electric index of the antenna. Since the reflection panel of large antenna iscomposed of dozens or hundreds of single ones, the installation and adjustment becomethe main factor to affect surface accuracy of reflection panel of large antenna. In thepast, assembly technician adjusted the position of antenna panel manually according tothe test data. The disadvantage of this method was low efficiency, low precision and toomuch adjustment times. In this paper, the adjustment theory of the antenna panel is analyzed. Theadjustment way and calculation method for adjustment value are made on thebackground of the installation and adjustment of the large antenna. Based on the method,a kind of software system is developed for the installation and adjustment of largeantenna to guide the practical work. The functions of this software include preparing thedata, calculating the adjustment value and looking up the results. At the same time, thetest software is developed to prove the available of algorithm and software. Thedeveloped software can improve the efficiency and assembly accuracy for theinstallation of antenna panel and reduce the adjustment times. It should have a potentialapplication prospect in engineering field.
