In recent years,with the vigorous development of the network variety show,its content form constantly,with the male as the main body in the show variety show dominate the market place,though,there is no lack of traditional media era to the content of the male as the main body in the show,but the new media platform of men than traditional media image of male image,pay more attention to the beauty of the "yan",whole presents the "soft" characteristics.In this paper,the coming one,a network variety show independently broadcast by tencent video,was taken as the research object.From the perspective of visual rhetoric research,this paper explored and analyzed the visual rhetoric means selected by this program,and analyzed the motivation for the presentation of this male image from the perspective of the background of current visual culture transition and the characteristics of new media technology.This paper is divided into six chapters.Firstly,the research status of visual rhetoric and media male images is sorted out.Then identify imagery is visual rhetoric on the basis of practice,in order to "rhetorical triangle" as the analysis framework,teasing out the rhetoric object character "the coming one" visual symbols,from JingBie and camera movement,colour and light rhetoric,dynamic link the rhetoric,the late "flower subtitles" rhetoric of four kinds of rhetoric analysis of flexible image generation,to persuade the audience in the accepted and approved the "soft" men's image rhetoric purpose.Finally,the reasons for the presentation and acceptance of "flexible" male images are analyzed.One is the pursuit of beauty represented by commodities and the craze of physical consumption under the background of a mixture of visual culture and consumerism culture.Secondly,The unique media characteristics of new media influence aesthetic culture and promote the presentation of flexible male images.On this basis,the author reflects on the "flexible" male image,a cultural representation of online film and television,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions.
