Research On Digital Knowledge Unit Model Of Manufacturing Books

Based on manufacture of standard in the field of digital books management work still stay in based on the "document","standard parts library" of the traditional management mode of inconvenient "query","chaos","lack of solid model",which is based on related domain knowledge,the standard parts library management and the traditional standard,on the basis of file management,based on knowledge in the field of air seal standard management train of thought.For the manufacturing book standards and their basic information,and management of its version change,application properties and technical relations and other information.Based on this idea,the following research was carried out under the goal of improving the model optimization based on knowledge units and the consulting and application ability of production enterprises:(1)This paper analyzes the importance of digital publishing of manufacturing books,discusses the technical background and modeling methods of digital publishing,and puts forward the relevant interpretation of knowledge units in the field of manufacturing,including the meaning and elements.(2)establish the domain knowledge framework of knowledge unit of manufacturing books,and establish a description model for each module in the framework.The knowledge of each module is represented by frame representation,and the mapping from the description model to the table in the database is realized by database technology.Complete the system development process required data collation.(3)Based on the theory of knowledge unit,a dynamic knowledge management model based on knowledge unit is constructed to analyze the process of dynamic knowledge management.This paper defines the concept of knowledge unit,reviews and analyzes the existing knowledge management models,explores the knowledge management model based on the knowledge unit combination-knowledge-decomposition-knowledge-unit recombination paradigm,and explains the knowledge management process from three aspects of knowledge unit combination,decomposition and recombination.The research shows that dynamic knowledge management model can be divided into three stages: combination stage,decomposition stage and recombination stage.The combination stage is task-oriented knowledge unit fusion;The decomposition stage is the process of knowledge thawing,realizing the free flow of knowledge elements.The regrouping phase is based on the regrouping and configuration of new task-oriented knowledge units.(4)Provide the basic idea for the subsequent system development process,design the system function module and carry on the demand analysis to it,design the system logic structure and the main business process,and analyze several currently widely used programming languages for the enterprise to choose the design.
