With the rapid development of the Internet,a large number of social platforms have emerged.The emergence of these social platforms have accelerated the speed of information propagation and reduced the cost of information propagation,and these platforms has also greatly improved the public's enjoyment of life.At the same time rumors on social networks spread more quickly and widely which have a great effect on the whole society.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a rumor propagation model to analyze the communication mechanism of rumors and to provide theoretical guidance for the relevant institutions to formulate rumor control strategies.The content of this paper is as follows:(1)Briefly introduce some basic model of rumor spread and it's limitation,and present some useful methods and theories which are often used in the study of rumor spread model,such as Lyapunov stability theorem,Hurwitz criterion and LaSalle invariance principle.(2)Investigates the impact of people's interest and official refutation mechanism on rumor spread and then proposes a new rumor spread model.The basic reproduction number and equilibrium points of the model are calculated.Using Lyapunov stability theorem,Hurwitz criterion and LaSalle invariance principle,the local stability and global stability of some equilibrium points are proved.Through numerical simulations,We proved the reasonability of our theoretical results.Finally,numerical simulations are conducted in WS small-world network and BA scale-free network,showing that the network topology exerts significant influence on rumor spread.(3)In order to overcome the drawback that the influence of positive and negative external information are not considered in the current rumor propagation model on social network,this section propose a new SEIR rumor propagation model with the influence of positive and negative external information via the traditional Susceptible Exposed Infective Refractory model.This model defines the influence function of positive and negative information disturbances,and establishes a dynamic equation of rumors propagation by combining the theory of complex networks and the theory of propagation dynamics.The equation reflects the influence of the inflow of positive and negative external information and the topology of the network on the spread of rumors.Finally,the constructed online social network was used to simulate the spread of rumors and the effect of external information inflow rate and spread rate on the final spread range of rumors was analyzed.The simulation results show that: external information interference can shorten the time of the spread of rumors and reduce the scope of rumors;rumors spread rate will affect the spread of rumors and the spread rate is positively related to the spread of rumors.
