improved.JOIN-CHEER SOFTWARE began to acquire Beijing Yiqilian Technology Co.,Ltd.,Beijing Huaxia Dentsu Co.,Ltd.,Beijing Ruiyi Hengdong and Shanghai Mobile through financing and established a number of major wholly-owned subsidiaries such as Jiujinbao,Jiujin,Jiuqijinjian,Jiuzhizhitong and Jiuqi Digital Communication.The company extended its brand advantage in the traditional software industry to other fields and successfully implemented the company's extended expansion strategy.From the perspective of the scale expansion effect,financial effect,stock price effect and corporate governance structure effect of the company's financing in the extension development,the company's extended development strategy is relatively successful,and it is worth learning from domestic enterprises that are ready to implement the extension development strategy.Firstly,the thesis puts forward the research topic of this thesis by introducing a large number of epitaxial development and literature review
