At present,in the entire preparation process of intravenous medicine,it is done manually by medical staff,and the long-term calibration work is prone to leakage.Therefore,this paper studies a method for realizing label verification of cylindrical vials using panoramic stitching technology,and builds a bottle label information collection device to verify the feasibility of the method.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the label image of the cylindrical vial,introduces the commonly used collection method of the columnar object,and builds the image collection device for the vial label.The device is mainly composed of the ARM core board,image sensor,stepper motor,Ethernet port and light source.composition.The collection device is mainly responsible for realizing the collection function and transmission function of the bottle label image.The ARM core board controls the image sensor photographing and the stepping motor rotation to realize the 360-degree collection of the bottle label image,and then uses the Ethernet port to accurately transmit the collected bottle label image data to the upper computer,and the upper computer receives the bottle label image.The data is restored to a picture to prepare for subsequent image processing work.The upper computer first performs grayscale processing on the collected bottle label image,and then performs image segmentation on the grayed-out cylindrical vial label image to extract the vial label image;then,the vial label information is planarized,that is,The cylindrical back image algorithm is used to correct the surface image into a plane.Then the image stitching algorithm is used to image the planarized image to form a complete bottle label image.The image stitching algorithm based on the scale invariant characteristic SIFT is used.Image splicing;finally,the feature label of the spliced bottle label image and the image in the drug label library is extracted,and the drug type identification is completed by comparing the matching success points.On the basis of the research of the seniors,the image collection quality of the bottle label collection device was improved,the image data transmission was realized by the network port,and the mosaic image of the multiple bottles was realized by the panoramic stitching technology to generate the complete bottle label image.Finally,the four kinds of medicine bottles commonly used in life are tested to test the whole process of label label information verification,including image acquisition,image segmentation,image flattening,image stitching and image matching.It is proved by experiments that the collection method can realize the collection and splicing of the label image of the cylindrical vial,and can be matched with the existing bottle label image in the library to realize the identification of the label type of the vial.
