With the development of times and technology,social security has been gradually received widespread attentions,and the emergency communication system is playing a more and more important role in our society.As an indispensable tool for emergency attendance and emergency handling,emergency communication system should be a comprehensive service platform,which provides services such as telephone scheduling,teleconference,alarm and so on.At present,the researches of emergency communication system are mainly focused on how to build communication or how to deal with large-scale disasters.While such systems are expensive and hard to deploy,so they are not suitable for daily maintenance of social security.At present,we mainly use video surveillance systems and deploy emergency call systems to assist.However,these systems are completely independent and have no interaction.Therefore,it can be said that there's no set of emergency communication systems applied to daily life at this stage.In view of this,aiming to maintain public security more efficiently,I design and implement an affordable and lightweight emergency communication system in this paper,which can be applied in school,community,construction site or highway.The voice platform and the video platform can interact with each other and the video platform can also detect and collect human faces based on YOLO algorithm.The specific work of this paper is as follows:1)This paper designs the overall architecture of emergency communication system.The system contains a voice platfonn for voice device management and a video surveillance platform for mornitor device management.Then this paper designs a set of APIs for audio and video linkage,so that both platforms can not only complete their own functions but can also interact through APIs.2)This paper designs and implements the voice scheduling platform based on SIP protocol.The platform mainly provides services such as voice call,monitoring,forced release,strong insertion,voice conference and alarm.3)This paper designs and implements the video surveillance platform based on ONVIF protocol.The platform has functions such as camera search,video display,camera control and face detection based on YOLO.4)The linkage function APIs of the audio and video platform are designed and implemented.The information of corresponding relationship between voice terminal and video terminal is stored in database,so that user can get video information through the associated information when requiring voice information.That's how the linkage of audio and video forms.5)When the system is completed,both platforms are tested on function to verify the availability of the system.In terms of performance testing,the SIPp tool is used to test the concurrency of the voice platform to verify the efficiency of the system.The YOLO model is compared with other face detection models to verify the real-time performance of the system.
