With wisdom city construction and development, the social environment has become increasingly complex, video monitoring system will be more widely applied to more places, access to the video surveillance equipment has become diverse. However, since most security vendors are using their own proprietary protocol which unable to realize the connectivity between network video products. At the same time, the traditional method in the management and maintenance of a lot of variety of terminal equipment is becoming increasingly difficult.In this paper, the development and implementation of video monitoring system based on the ONVIF protocol implementation on the basis of the management of the terminal video monitoring equipment, makes the production by the makers of different network video products completely. In this paper, with innovative basically has the following three points:(1) Implement the important function of the ONVIF protocol, the management of the terminal video equipment, to solve the inconvenience of the traditional method of network video product management problems, and the corresponding function in the form of a dynamic library, makes the users need to know ONVIF protocol can complete the relevant work.(2) Widely used for industry specific professional hardware to realize video monitoring multiple screen display and superposition of OSD function, this paper studies and proposes a kind of custom ActiveX video playback controls, this control support multiple screen display, has the function of adaptive adjustment of the resolution is also supported mobile and move drag, for full screen switch state, window detection area map, and other functions. Compared with dependent on hardware implementation scheme, the video playback ActiveX control on the operation convenience and low cost control has a lot of ascension, and also have good performance on the showing effect, suitable for home users.(3) Registering callback function is proposed for streaming data distribution, complete video capture video, and other functions, through the ActiveX control on the custom motion detecting area and combining video monitoring and mobile detection algorithm for moving detection alarm test, a small step has been taken to the intelligent video surveillance research work.In this paper, the main research work is as follows:1.This article first introduces the simple to video monitoring technology,implements communication device management and device discovery two big functions based on the framework of the gSOAP WebService, complete the management of the terminal video equipment, to solve the inconvenience of the traditional method of network video product management problems. And the corresponding functions in the form of dynamic libraries, makes the users need to know ONVIF protocol can also complete the related work.2.Completing media streaming data transmission by building RTSP session. Preview video through the media streaming data decoding by FFmpeg. Incluing complete screenshots and video recording function.3.Through customized the MFC ActiveX video playback control to implement video shows, the ActiveX control support Multiple panes shows, can realize to multiple video preview for video monitoring equipments. The control supports drawing motion detecting area at the same time.through the motion detection algorithm can realize the motion detection alarm.4.Completing OSD subtitle Settings and display in the preview images through WINGDI+. Also completing the GUI development work of the video monitoring system for the client.5.Finally, the research of this paper is summed up and prospects of next research direction are given.
