In recent years, with the growing popularity of 3G / 4G mobile network service and the rapid development of the Beidou satellite navigation system constructed independently and operated autonomously by our country, more and more enterprises and institutions want to use these technology to get the exact location of outdoor staff and field vehicles, and to achieve remote supervision and control to them. Thus, in order to expand the application and scope of Beidou satellite navigation system and meet the intelligent, systematic, standardized requirements of government and corporation to industry-level engineering vehicle monitoring platform, it's necessary to establish a high performance, high availability, high scalability of location service platform for industry users.Against the project background of Location Service Platform for Industry Users, the paper analyzed and compared the development status of current position platforms to determine the technical route of this platform. After the introduction of LVS load balancing technology, the paper discussed the concepts and advantages of and Memcached storage technology and MVC framework. On this basis, the paper described the business processes for location service platform for industry users, and analyzed the system's functional requirements and performance needs. And the system was divided into data dealing subsystem, web service subsystem and data storage subsystem. And the system was analyzed from aspects of use case, data modeling and process modeling. Then you understood the entity types and data flow involved. The paper elaborated application framework from external public and internal network, gave the overall system design and displayed system's network structure visually, and then got function modules of each subsystem, gave the detailed design and realization of the functional modules. And data dealing subsystem contained LVS load balancing module and data analytic module, then the paper described the process of its implementation; position management, business management, scheduling management, rescue and other application module were contained in the web service subsystem, the paper gave the interactive details by use case figure between client and server; and data storage subsystem contained Memcached module and My SQL Cluster module. And the paper analyzed database environments and database overall structure further, designed each table in detail according to the data model and then achieved the function of Memcached server. What's more, the paper summarized system's high disaster recovery, high performance and advanced technical features.After completion of the above development jobs, the paper introduced hardware and software environment for the platform. And in a networked environment, the platform was deployed and tested. Then testing results show that the front page display normally at all major browsers, the platform can accurately complete the extraction of data, display and submission, and the platform can receive terminal data and send instruction successfully. In the stress test, the system is stable, each server is working properly. Then in the concurrent access of large amount of data, the system's response is satisfactory and the various performance parameters reach the standard. So location service platform for industry users achieves the intended design goals.
