This thesis studies a series of difficulties in the management of a communication company,including problems such as high pressure in customer management,poor service quality and untimely data statistics.In the modern market competition,customer relationship management is the key factor in the sustainable development of the enterprise.Customers are the lifeblood for the survival and development of enterprises,and the business philosophy of modern enterprises is gradually transferred from buyers to sellers.Therefore,it is necessary for enterprises to deeply understand customer information through information technology,explore potential information,identify and forecast customer purchase trends as early as possible,and further seize market opportunities.Based on the customer relationship management of a telecom enterprise,this paper realizes the integrated management of customers by means of software technology.Based on the analysis of traditional CRM system,the data mining technology is used to predict customer loyalty,so as to improve the application ability of CRM system.This thesis uses Bayesian network technology to realize the collection,cleaning,processing and analysis of customer transaction information,establish data mining model,and meet the actual demand of CRM system for prediction of customer loyalty,so that the system has the function of warning and prediction of customer loss.In the system development,this paper USES UML modeling technology to realize the demand analysis and summary design of the system,and USES.net technology and SQL Server 2012 database to realize the CRM system's customer information management,customer care management,consumer behavior management,loyalty prediction,system setting and other functions.By analyzing the background of the subject,this paper proposes that the application process of traditional CRM system should be improved by using data mining technology,so as to improve the data analysis ability of the system and expand the application prospect of CRM system.This thesis implements the CRM system,which improves the capability and level of a communication company in maintaining customer relations and so on,and then improves the competitiveness of the enterprise.
