In the rapid development of Internet and Internet of Things,information technology equipment provides more convenient and fast services for our lives in various fields.Self-service ticket vending machines are relatively common information equipment,which is used in civil aviation,railways,highways,etc.The ubiquity of the field has greatly increased the efficiency of people buying tickets.At present,the ticket-selling machine in Guangxi has not yet realized the remote management function.The fault monitoring system of the machine has not been established yet.The operation status of the machine has not been monitored in real time.The ticket vending machine manager needs to spend a lot of manpower to inspect and repair the machine.To this end,how to use Internet technology to conduct online monitoring and management of ticket vending machines,overcome the limitations of management work space and time,change the traditional passive maintenance processing terminal failure,and actively monitor and manage the operation of each terminal device to become a ticket seller.Machine administrators urgently need to solve the problem.This paper first makes some research on the status quo at home and abroad,and then introduces the java language,MYSQL,B/S architecture,SpringMVC,middleware technology and system management software involved in the development process of the self-service ticket vending machine remote monitoring system.And apply the theory and methods of these technologies to the construction of self-service ticket vending machine remote monitoring system.Secondly,the most important indicators in the construction of the self-service ticket vending machine remote monitoring system project-system function and performance requirements are analyzed in detail,and the overall design scheme of the system is proposed according to the project design content,construction principles and strategies.The design was carefully designed,and the system network construction plan,system database and application support platform were analyzed and designed.Then use various development tools and software to realize the main functions of monitoring management and operation and maintenance management in the self-service ticket vending machine remote monitoring system based on java technology,which greatly facilitates the enterprise to carry out remote and refined management.At the same time,the main function modules of the self-service ticket vending machine remote monitoring system were tested.The test results show that the self-service ticket vending machine remote monitoring system has reached the initial design requirements,and the main functions are running normally,which greatly improves the operation and maintenance efficiency and solves the traditional On-site troubleshooting of the point of failure,reducing the amount of manual troubleshooting.Finally,this paper summarizes the development of the self-service ticket vending machine remote monitoring system,puts forward some problems that could not be solved in this development work,and discusses the research direction of the next step.
