The Attribute reduction of Information system is one of the focus of Rough Set Theory and Applied research. The common Algorithm of Attribute reduction are Pawlak Rough Set Model, Information Entropy Model, Variable Precision Rough Set Model and so on. However, all these algorithms have some fault, which doesn't make the application in reality.Based on true issues and aimed at the need of some problems in reality. This passage put forward the Attribute reduction model based on Decision-making capacity , and define the relative attribute significance. The Attribute reduction Model based on decision-making capacity is aimed at costing the least decision-making, get the best reduction. Without lowering the decision-making capacity. Will define the importance of relative reduction according the level of each meanwhile, it which affect the decision-making capacity .The passage gives some qualities which satisfy the model, and will throw light upon the application of the model through some examples.
