The research of target stealth performance is the hotspot of antenna research.As the arms race intensifies around the world,radar,aircraft,communication stations and other important military targets need to be more concealed in order to detect enemy forces radar.Modern wars of various scales mainly rely on informatization,and the game of informatization technology is the key factor to win or not.As a key indicator to measure stealth performance in stealth technology,RCS(Radar Cross Section)can effectively reduce the detection probability of military target equipment by reducing RCS.Microstrip antenna has obvious advantages and is widely used in military targets.Combining microstrip antenna and RCS reduction technology,applying its key technologies and advantages,RCS reduction technology is effectively applied to microstrip antenna,especially the research on loading special materials and structures is of great significance.Specific work of this paper:(1)Studied the structure and principle of patch microstrip antenna,understood the generation principle of microstrip antenna RCS,observed the scattering situation from different angles of incident wave,and proposed the corresponding control scattering method.(2)Design microstrip patch antenna with a working frequency of 2.46Ghz.Through common contour technologies such as short circuit probe loading,patch miniaturization and floor grooving,the working performance of microstrip antenna can be unchanged and the reduction effect of RCS within a certain range can be guaranteed.(3)Analyze the working principle of artificial magnetic conductor(AMC),study the forming mechanism of reflection phase and phase difference of AMC unit,discuss the parameters affecting reflection phase,and design the checkerboard structure reflection screen according to the relationship between reflection phase difference and RCS.(4)On the basis of general microstrip antenna achieving RCS reduction through shape technology,after loading the designed new AMC structure,the feasibility of loading AMC structure method was verified by comparing the performance indexes and RCS reduction number of antennas processed by common technology and antennas loaded with special structure.
