The human resources management major is one of the core departments of Kunming College.It aims to cultivate talented management talents with solid foundation and excellent ability.Subject to various conditions,the school's human resources management profession has the phenomenon that the teaching content is outdated and seriously decoupled from the actual situation of the enterprise.Teachers have insufficient understanding of the current situation of the human resources management industry,and the teaching methods are old-fashioned and not practical,resulting in low quality teaching and students' inability to adapt to the management model of corporate personnel.From the perspective of enhancing the practicality of human resources professional teaching,Kunming College decided to develop a practical teaching system for human resources courses.The MyBatis+Spring MVC combination is a framework for system development.The MyBatis framework focuses on data processing.It uses components such as JDBC to access the database and implement the underlying encapsulation.The Spring MVC framework includes regular modules such as ORM and WEB.It integrates the modules presented at the front desk,which can be oriented to the business level and workflow content in the system business.The system design idea adopts the MVC mode,which is an important basis for the layering of the system technology architecture.In addition,business processes such as data access require access to database technology.Business data management tasks are performed by Oracle database technology.Kunming College Human Resources Curriculum Practical Teaching System has realized organizational design,job analysis,personnel information management,employee self-management,toolbox management,system management,KPl management,job evaluation,performance improvement assessment,compensation management,welfare management,recruitment management,Business modules such as training management,deployment management,qualification management,quality assessment management,personnel affairs management,attendance management,and regulatory system management.The core element of organizational design is responsibility.The main target of job analysis is the job description.Salary management implements management tasks for factors such as salary statements and salary combinations.Performance improvement assessment is represented by assessment results and parameters.Welfare management is represented by the settlement and review of benefits.Recruitment management implements management tasks for recruitment plans,talent information,and personnel needs.The deployment management has realized the management of on-the-job,rectification,and resignation.Attendance management realizes the management of typesetting.attendance system and attendance report.The application of this system can provide a more open career for the talented teachers of Kunming College and provide a high-quality practical platform for human resources teaching.It can truly combine the students' theoretical practice and help to deepen the students' level of personnel management in the enterprise human resources management.At the same time,it can be exposed to a lot of real cases of corporate human resources management.Overall,it enhances the practicality of teaching the human resources curriculum of the college.
