The continuous development of embedded technology and the popularization of the network, while wireless communication technology in the speed of transmission also has been further developed, these technologies support the development of telemedicine. And the sensor technology and a variety of chip miniaturization of wearable technology makes in the measurement of physiological parameters has made great progress.Wearable telemedicine products meet the rising standards of living of people from treatment to prevention of new ideas. This paper is based on MSP430 micro controller unit. The pulse parameters of human body are measured by the pulse sensor, and then send data to the service center though the lasted wireless transmission. Compared with the normal parameter and the before data, the workers will save the results in the huge database. At the same time, the service center will have dedicated their counterparts in regular doctors on the user's health situation analysis and are given medical care and diet suggestions and comments. In serious cases, the doctor will suggest to the hospital.It is important that the product will alarm by one button for any reason, especially unexpected symptoms. At the same time, when the data transmission to the service center the worker will call hospital and family members. The service center will fixed specific place through the GPS positioning and dial emergency phone. And the last the workers will call user's family members.During designing, it is quite difficult to determine the pulse sensor that the final choice is PVDF film pulse sensor in this system. The whole system can be basically achieving the desired results. Well as the design of this system is a watch, and because there are sensors and chips. The watch has been in trouble by the size of it. Compared with ordinary watches, the product is bigger. The solution is to set the pulse sensor on the watch strap.
