With the continuous development and progress of science and technology,global information has become an inevitable trend in the development of human society.Wearable health monitoring equipment based on wireless sensor networks is a new type of health auxiliary equipment,which is convenient to carry,not be restricted,functional and intelligentized,not only for people.It has brought more advanced and convenient way to monitor health data.It also provides a broader diagnosis,data source and business market for medical institutions,medical research organizations and business enterprises.However,the acquisition of these data is not always reasonable and legitimate,which may contain sensitive information that the gatherers do not want to make public.If biological features such as fingerprints,irises and DNA are illegally collected,it will be more serious than the identity of the person who leaks the person.Therefore,data in wearable health monitoring system must be effectively protected.In addition,from the current wearable system privacy protection scheme,most of the schemes focus on data acquisition,transmission,access control and use,and few scholars pay attention to the privacy protection of visitors.Therefore,this thesis will focus on the research of the existing data encryption and hiding technology,and propose a privacy protection model which can protect the sensitive information of the data owner and the visitor.The specific research work is as follows:1.Summarize the research status and development prospects of wearable health monitoring equipment.Discuss and analyze the problems in the aspects of privacy security,which leads to the solution of this thesis.2.In view of the characteristics and requirements of wearable health monitoring equipment,the research status of anonymous algorithm and attribute based encryption method is introduced,and the basic theory of attribute based encryption and anonymization is summarized.3.Aiming at the protection of sensitive attribute data of wearable health monitoring equipment,a privacy protection model for anonymity data combined with anonymity algorithm and attribute based encryption scheme is proposed.In this model,the sensitive information collected by the owner of the data is processed anonymously,and then the transformation of the access structure in the encryption system is improved to reduce the redundant attributes,so as to improve the efficiency of the system.In access control,the minimum authorized set search strategy is used to anonymize the visitor attribute set,and the minimum attribute set of the visitor is hidden in the other redundant attributes ofanonymization.While improving the decryption efficiency,the data owners and visitors' privacy information can be effectively protected.4.experiments show that the proposed scheme plays a role in restraining redundant attributes and improving the efficiency of encryption and decryption.At the same time,we verify and prove the correctness and security of the scheme.
