Research On APP Design Of Campus Recruitment Based On User Experience

In twenty-first Century,with the advance of "Internet plus",the continuous maturity of mobile Internet technology,cloud technology and artificial intelligence technology,the Internet world is constantly moving and intellectualized.The recruitment APP is one of the main recruitment forms in the recruitment market based on its own,advantages.In the face of the special needs of college graduates,APP should ensure good use and improve and innovate campus recruitment.Therefore,this paper proposes a user experience based campus recruitment APP design research topic.By studying the interaction and visual experience of APP,we design a APP that meets the employment needs of college students as a practical case.In this paper,based on the research status of APP application and taking APP design as the breakthrough point,this paper expounds the characteristics of user experience theory and the influence of the theory on APP.Based on the comprehensive APP,professional recruitment of APP and APP on campus recruitment analysis,to explore the characteristics of APP and hired class moves with other types of APP,summarized the development trend of moves hired APP,combined with the analysis and research of APP in the design of interactive experience and visual experience,puts forward the design principle based on the concept of user experience and methods of campus recruitment APP and usability evaluation methods to determine the APP design goals,refine the design demand planning and design theme.This paper follows user experience design method and process,and builds user role model and scenario simulation method to deeply explore user needs of campus recruitment APP.Finally,guided by the summary of design principles and methods,a reasonable role model and information architecture diagram were established,and a campus recruitment APP meeting the needs of college students was designed,and the rationality of the process and method was verified through the evaluation of the usability of APP.This paper users 91 and method was verified through the evaluation of the usability of APP.
