With the development of information technology,more and more management information systems are used in mining enterprises.With the help of information technology,mining enterprises improve management efficiency and reduce cost in many aspects.However,in many metal minings,work concerning production schedules,data collection and performance analysis,is still done by hand.Management Execution System(MES)is a system used in manufacturing to track and document the transformation of raw materials to finished goods.Through the implementation of MES,metal mining enterprises improve management level.Based on.net and SQL Server2008,this dissertation designs and implements a production control system which is practical to metal mine production.With the main line of software engineering design,and MES construction of a metal mine,the dissertation focuses on the actual demand of production control which this enterprise pertains to.This system includes basic data management,mining control and analysis,mineral processing control,laboratory management,comprehensive data analysis,platform configuration and so on.It focus on solving the challenge problems about standardized storage of production data,the long process of inspection and testing,the difficulty of releasing and tracking production plan.This paper presents the code realization process of the key function module,the system realization effect and the system test result.After the implementation of this project,the production control system of the enterprise has been successfully on-line.It solves most problems raised during the project establishment.The fine management of this company has improved greatly.This company enhances the statistical accuracy,speeds up the statistical speed,and saves the manpower and material resources by the system.
