Large reflector antennas are widely used in space exploration,radio astronomy,and satellite communications.As the antenna aperture increases,the operating frequency band increases,the requirements for pointing precision become more and more demanding.However,due to the influence of structural flexible deformation,disturbance and nonlinear factors,it is often difficult to further improve the antenna pointing accuracy.To solve this problem,this thesis is based on the mechanism of flexible deformation,disturbance and nonlinear factors on the pointing accuracy,and establishes an electromechanical dynamics model of the reflector antenna.The model consists of a rigid body model,a flexible body model and a control system model.It can simultaneously describe the rigid motion and flexible deformation of the antenna under all operating conditions,and solves the problem that the traditional solution is difficult to comprehensively analyze the antenna rigid rotation angle error and flexible pointing error.The experimental results of the 7.3m antenna show that the model simulation results are basically consistent with the measured results,which verifies the rationality of the above modeling method.Then the calculation method of the flexible pointing error is deduced and the disturbance model and the nonlinear factor model were established respectively,and their influence on pointing accuracy was analyzed.On this basis,the 2.4m antenna is taken as an example for comprehensive design analysis.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional design methods,the use of a comprehensive model for antenna electromechanical system design can improve the pointing accuracy by 27.7%.Finally,in order to facilitate the engineering application,a large-scale reflector antenna virtual prototype design software was developed based on UG,ADAMS,Matlab and other software.This software provides a visual operation interface,and has an automatic modeling function,which can quickly and accurately perform the servo performance of the antenna electromechanical system and provide guidance for the improvement of existing antennas and the design of next-generation antennas.
