In recent years,the amount of the urban construction project is increasing and tens of thousands of the construction companies joining into the construction market along with the accelerating process of urbanization in China.It makes the construction market the bad became mixed with the good.However,high load work will certainly affect the quality and efficiency of management and the unscientific analysis and decision will also affect the healthy development of the construction market of the whole city because the relevant functional departments also use traditional way of work and analysis to manage and make decision on all aspects of the urban construction.This paper finds some laws from the long-term accumulation of data that related to companies by using the decision tree technology from the field of data mining and finds out the factors that influence the credit of the construction companies and obtains a decision tree model for the credit rating evaluation of a company.It can provide scientific and effective decision-making basis for the relevant functional departments.In addition,this paper improves the C4.5 in combination with the actual requirements by introducing the concept of equivalent infinitesimal in Taylor formula to replace the C4.5 algorithm in frequent logarithmic.It aims to reduce the time consuming of the algorithm and improve the efficiency of the algorithm.Finally,the experiment results in a nearly 20% increase in operation efficiency through optimization.Meanwhile,this paper designs and implements a Web system based on decision tree in order to assist decision-making and management.After previous rigorous analysis and planning,modular design idea is adopted and the system is divided into six modules according to the function.These modules are project information management,thematic map service,decision analysis and statistics,message notification management,data synchronization management and organization management.The project information management module is the main module,which covers the information of all construction projects in Xi'an and provides data support for the subsequent decision analysis and statistics.The thematic map service puts forward a new management mode based on GIS platform to manage the construction project.The decision analysis and statistics module is to provide decision-making basis for decision-making by a reasonable and effective statistic,analysis and display for all kinds of data accumulated in the construction history of the city.The message notification management module is a major support for the communication and coordination of some related business among different departments' and offices' staffs.The remaining two modules are service modules to implement data synchronization and sharing,organization management,role authority assignment and user information management.This paper shows the final results based on the research,design and implementation of the system.The result is all the functional points has passed the test and can be used normally with the deployment and operation of the system.
