With the continuous expansion of LED applications,users have higher requirements for the quality of LED-related products,especially for LED brightness and concentration.Studying the characteristics of LEDs is of great significance for improving the quality of LED products.After the LED is illuminated by the power supply,the LED light is transmitted through the frosted glass sheet.At the other end,we drive the camera to capture the image,then collect the data on the computer,and then analyze the image in more detail.The brightness and radius of the LED spot are then obtained through a series of measurements and calculations.We refer to literature and papers to understand the characteristics and characteristics of LED in many aspects,and then summarize the effect of various parameters of LED on the characteristics of LED.Ecap video driver software was used to realize camera driver,MATLAB was used to complete image acquisition,collected image data,and programmed to analyze and process the collected image data.After binarization and noise suppression,the least square fitting circle method was used to measure and calculate the brightness and radius of LED spot.MATLAB programming,the obtained spot data for analysis,which compares the brightness and radius of different LED spots for comparison,so as to distinguish the intensity of LED.
