Normally,the monitor can control the field equipment according to the change of environment.However,when the user proposes a new requirement or changes the control rules,the monitor will need to return to the factory to inject new program code.In the actual application,it will cause a lot of troubles.For this,the thesis designs the intelligent monitor using Lo Ra technology,which can change its function easily by issuing commands via the Internet of things.The thesis gives the design scheme of intelligent monitor using Lo Ra technology.The hardware circuit of the intelligent monitor which is designed with the MSP430F2272 as the core,includes micro controller circuit,Lo Ra module interface circuit,input signal detection module and control output module.This paper focuses on the content,presentation and implementation of the associated configuration table,which is dealed with like this: 4 analog input signals are compared with the variable threshold and produce 4 analog input logics;4 digital input signals and the 4 analog input logics are combined to generate an output control signal through association operation.On this basis,the thesis gives the intelligent monitor software flow,which includes reading and updating associated configuration table,analog/digital input module,output calculation module according to the associated configuration table,Lo Ra communication module,test command processing module,etc.Finally,the thesis gives many tests on the intelligent monitor which includes a single input control output and multiple inputs control output.The results show that the intelligent monitor can change associated configuration table online,and produce the output control signal according to the environmental parameters easily.The results show that the system has reached the design requirements.
